Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Adrine's hospital management software and related services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Description of Services

Adrine provides cloud-based hospital management software including but not limited to: patient registration, electronic medical records, appointment scheduling, billing, pharmacy management, laboratory information systems, and AI-powered medical documentation tools.

User Responsibilities

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Ensure all users in your organization comply with these terms
• Use the Services only for lawful healthcare purposes
• Comply with all applicable healthcare regulations
• Maintain appropriate patient consent for data processing

Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into Adrine. We do not claim any ownership rights to your patient data or business information. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Services.

Service Level Agreement

• 99.9% uptime guarantee for production environments
• 24/7 technical support for critical issues
• Regular backups with point-in-time recovery
• Scheduled maintenance with advance notice

Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as per your chosen plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in your service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Adrine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you may export your data within 90 days, after which it will be securely deleted.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gujarat, India.
